SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Speed and Rates for the Contiguous United States 

• We process and ship all orders within 2 business days.
• All packages are shipped from our Miami warehouse.
• You can expect to see your package 2-5 business days after your order is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed automatically upon shipment. 
• Shipping rate calculated at checkout or FREE for orders over $30. 
• If the subtotal of your order is above $30, you will automatically see your shipping fee waived upon checkout.*
• Free shipping promotions are only valid for the contiguous United States with physical street addresses.

International Shipping

• As much as we love to do for our Awardog fans living outside of the United States, however, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.
